The following applies to all orders from our Gallery Store.
For Original Art, shipping prices are calculated based on the best shipment method for the unique piece of art that you are ordering. In most cases, we ship Original Art UPS Ground Insured. Some very large items must be shipped UPS Freight. For those items, a shipping deposit may be required at checkout in order to reserve the Original Art piece for you. For International Orders, please contact us at email@example.com or use our form to get an accurate estimate for best shipping prices for International destinations.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your piece to be packaged and shipped. You will be notified by e-mail the status of your order along the way and will be given notice when your item ships and the shipping tracking number.
For Fine Art Prints, Wood Prints, Silk Scarves, Pillow Cases and Accessories, your item will be fabricated at the time of your order being processed. Meaning, we create the piece exclusively for you. Please allow up to 7 business days before your item is shipped. We will inform you of the status of your order via email.
Because of the uniqueness of the items in our Gallery Store, we do not accept Returns unless the items are damaged in shipment or are defective. For more information, please see our Returns & Shipping Policy.
